Is there a free trial?

Yes, you can try our service for 30 days for free, no strings attached. You can extend this period for another 14 days for free in the management interface (accessible in the upper right) of SWIFT. After that, you have to turn your free instance into a paid one to able to use it again.

Do I need to renew my license when/before it expires?

Renewing your license is not mandatory, however, it is strongly recommended. If you don't renew your license when or before it expires, you won't be entitled to Atlassian's free 'Legendary Support' anymore and won't be able to upgrade to newer versions released after your licensing period. A renewal is valid for another 12 months.

How much does a renewal cost?

Currently, a license renewal is 50% of the previous license's price. This may be subject to changes from Atlassian.

Where are the servers located?

The servers are located in a redundant, professional data center in Frankfurt, Germany.

Which versions are used?

Currently, Confluence 6.1.1, JIRA 7.3.1 and Bitbucket Server 4.5.2 are deployed.

Do I have Administrator privileges on my application?

Yes, of course.

Do I have (root) access to the OS/server?

No.

What about operating system (security) updates?

Operating system updates are installed automatically and are free of charge, of course.
